We also provide free support for guest network connectivity issues in public spaces, meeting rooms, and administrative offices.

  • Do you have a free High Speed Internet Access Gateway/Router offer?

    Yes, if needed we offer a standard HSIA Gateway on a $0.00 Lease Basis. What this means is we will loan you a free HSIA Gateway for your hotel for the length of your technical support contract.

  • How quickly are Answer I.T.’s support calls answered?

  • Can you support my existing network's hardware?

    Yes. In most cases we can support the hardware you have.

  • Are the Answer I.T. table tent cards free?

    The initial supply of table tent cards to place in guest rooms is free. We will provide enough tent cards to place one in each guest room. Additional table tent cards may be reordered for a fee to cover our printing and shipping costs.

  • How do I sign up for automatically recurring billing?

    To sign up for automatically recurring billing from your bank account or credit card, please call 888-831-9111 option 3 for our Billing Department.

  • Can Answer I.T. set up remote access to my DVR?

    Yes. We will need specific information about your particular DVR in order to do this.

  • Can my Web Based PMS use your HSIA Gateway for Internet access?

    Yes. We can completely isolate your Front Desk & Administrative computers from the guest network and meet PCI Compliance.

  • Do you provide onsite installation and repair?

    Yes. We provide a full range of installation services.  Repair requests are billed on a time and materials basis.
