Proactive Monitoring means that your servers, workstations, laptops are being continually checked and alerts generated when key performance thresholds are exceeded.

 

A simple example of this is when available hard disk drive space becomes low.  Knowing this allows us to identify unneeded files, such as Temp files, that can be removed to free up space.  Or, we may need to work with you to identify files that can be backed up and removed from the server.  You may also choose to increase your drive size.  In this example you will be preventing server functionality problems and loss of productivity while waiting for a reactive repair.
