The operative distinction that sets apart a MSP (Managed Services Provider) is the proactive delivery of their service, as compared to reactive IT services.

  • What is “Managed AdvantageTM”?

    Managed AdvantageTM is Answer I.T.’s comprehensive Managed Services program. It features all the support and services you need at a fixed monthly fee.

  • Do You Provide Remote & Onsite Support?

    Yes! Both remote and onsite support are included in our fixed monthly support fee.

  • Can You Provide Support without a Managed AdvantageTM Plan?

    We can provide “Break / Fix” support but this service is subject to our availability. Our Managed AdvantageTM customers get Top Priority support with quick response times.

  • What is “Server Failover”?

    As part of our Business Continuity solution, we backup an Image of your Server. If your server fails we use this backup image to create a “Virtual Server” which can be used to keep your business running. We offer both cloud based and on-premise failover solutions.

  • Do You Provide Data Backup?

    Yes. We have several data backup solutions to meet the needs of all Small & Medium Businesses.

  • Do You Provide Consumer / Residential Support?

    No. All our services are specifically designed for Small & Medium Businesses. Our Managed AdvantageTM customers can receive support for their personal / residential I.T. needs for a nominal extra fee.

  • What is VoIP?

    VoIP stands for Voice Over IP. It is a telephony solution which uses your data network for voice calls and includes several key features allowing enhanced collaboration and improvements over a traditional Analog PBX system.

    We support Small & Medium Businesses in the Greater Madison, WI area.

  • How Long Have You Been in Business?

  • Do You Provide Web Design, Web Hosting or Email Services?

    For email hosting we recommend Microsoft Office365 and will setup and manage Office365 for you. We do not directly provide web design or web hosting but can coordinate these on your behalf.
